Having indoor plants doesn’t mean they just have to look pretty. Growing practical indoor plants, such as herbs, can be just as easy and also look lovely in your kitchen.

Mint, chives, rosemary, sage, tarragon and thyme are great to grow indoors. Herbs love to grow in pots, so planting them in decorative pots that match the theme of your kitchen can create a nice feature.

What is also great, herbs don’t need a lot of watering and watering once a week should be enough. The only thing they do need is light, so by putting them on a window shelf will mean they will grow to their full potential.

By having them on your shelf in the kitchen will make it easier to use them in your cooking. You will save money using them and also know you are cooking with fresh ingredients, that you have grown.
